SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (AP) — Authorities say a 43-year-old man was killed Thursday night in a collision about 12 miles north of Scottsbluff in the Nebraska Panhandle.The Nebraska State Patrol said a car driven by a Colorado man drifted onto the roadside as he headed north about 8:20 p.m. Thursday.
