Manoeuvring, Turn in the Road

Many drivers will think of the turn in the road as a three point turn and while this may be true, for the purposes of the driving test and good driving practice it is called a "turn in the road". The reason for this is simple, your examiner will not wish to confuse and mislead you into believing that you must complete this exercise in three moves. After all, if you can do a five point turn or complete a U turn then you will have succeeded in the examiners request.
