General Motors is rolling out the “Big Three” U.S. automakers’ most significant new model in decades: the shockingly cool Chevrolet Volt electric car.
“We’ve really done a lot of hard work to get (the Volt) to market, because we know this is a car that America needs,” GM engineer Steven Marlin told the Herald recently as he brought one of the world’s first production Volts to Boston for a media tour.
